Shipping 
Most orders qualify for free shipping. We will notify you if additional shipping fees apply to your order. Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights and dimensions. Large items, even if they are lightweight, incur higher shipping costs due to the volume of the shipping box.

Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.

Fern + Amelia works with several shipping carriers to ensure affordable pricing options for our customers. Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order, package size, your shipping location, and the speed of transit you desire.  Please note that shipping timeframes do not include the time it takes to process and fulfill your order.

Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of the United States. 

Returns & Refunds
Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade. No two designs will be exactly alike giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come. If you are looking for specific dimensions on a product, please contact us before purchasing so we can assist in finding the right fit.

For eligible products, returns must be initiated within 3 days of the customer receiving the item and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Eligible products must be in brand new condition with the tag or pricing sticker attached. It is up to the discretion of Fern + Amelia to determine if the item is acceptable for refund. If the item is not accepted for return, it will be returned to sender.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Damages or manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend using a shipper that provides tracking information.
